  • What is the delivery time for your gift boxes?
    We strive to deliver your gift box within 24-48 hours across Jordan. We deliver daily from Saturday to Thursday. We are closed on Fridays and public holidays.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    For delivery within Amman, we charge 2.5 JDs. And 3.5 JDs - 4.5 JDs to other cities in Jordan.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash on delivery, CliQ instant payment, and bank wire transfer. While we currently do not offer credit card payments, this option will be available soon.
  • Can I place an order to be delivered directly to the recipient as a gift?
    Yes, you can! After placing the order under your name, email address, and phone number, please contact us via email, the chat box on our website, or Instagram, and provide us with the recipient's information. Once we receive this information, we'll arrange delivery directly to the recipient. Additionally, we'll share the online payment details (CliQ or bank wire transfer) with you for convenient payment processing.
  • Do you offer pre-built/ready gift boxes?
    Yes, we have a selection of pre-built ready boxes for you to choose from!
  • Can I customize a gift box?
    Absolutely! With our "Build Your Own Box" tool, you have the freedom to create a personalized gift box. You can choose the box color, all of the items, and even add a free card with a personalized message. Our customized boxes start at just 15 JDs, giving you flexibility and affordability to create the perfect gift for any occasion.
  • Can I include a personalized message with my gift box?
    Of course! You have the option to include a complimentary card with a personalized message in your gift box. Our team will handwrite your message for that extra personal touch, ensuring it's included with your box.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Once your order is placed, it's set in motion. However, if you decide to cancel within 2 hours of placing it, and it hasn't been dispatched for delivery, we can assist you. Please note that cancellations beyond this timeframe are not possible. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the efforts of our team and delivery partners. For further inquiries, feel free to contact our customer support team as soon as possible
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At the moment, we only offer shipping within Jordan. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
