Where are you based?
Hi there! We're an online store based in Amman, Jordan.
What is the delivery time for your gift boxes?
We strive to deliver your gift box within 24-48 hours across Jordan. We deliver daily from Saturday to Thursday.
We are closed on Fridays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5 PM are not eligible for next-day delivery, and are delivered within 48 hours.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Amman: 2.5 JDs
All other cities in Jordan: 3.5 JDs - 5 JDs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash On Delivery and CliQ.
We don’t include invoices with orders — so your recipient only sees the gift, not the price.
While we currently do not offer credit card payments, this option will be available soon.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, it's set in motion. However, if you decide to cancel within 2 hours of placing it, and it hasn't been dispatched for delivery, we can assist you. Please note that orders that have been paid by CliQ cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within Jordan. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How long do corporate orders take to process?
Corporate orders typically require careful coordination and customization. Depending on the complexity and size of the order, the process can take between 2 to 8 weeks. This includes initial consultation, customization, production, and delivery. Our team will work closely with you to ensure timely delivery and meet your corporate gifting needs.
Do you provide giveaways for events and parties?
Yes, we offer giveaways for events and parties. Please fill out the request form here. Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and we'll customize giveaways specially for you.
