Where are you based?
Welcome to GiftABox! We're an online store based in Amman, Jordan.
What is the delivery time for your gift boxes?
- We deliver across Jordan within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery is available Saturday to Thursday.
- We are closed on Fridays and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be prepared the following day and delivered the day after.
How much does delivery cost?
Amman: 2.5 - 3.5 JDs
All other cities in Jordan: 5 JDs
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
• Cash on Delivery
• CliQ
We do not include invoices in the box, so your recipient only receives the gift - not the price.
Credit card payments will be available soon.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been dispatched for delivery.
Please note that orders paid by CliQ cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only deliver within Jordan. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How long do corporate orders take?
Corporate orders typically take 2–8 weeks, depending on the size and level of customization.
This includes consultation, customization, production, and delivery.
Do you provide giveaways for events and parties?
Yes, we offer custom giveaways for events and parties.
