Build Your Own Box Policy

We do not sell individual items without a box. Any order that does not include a box will either be updated to include a box or canceled.

Minimum Order Requirement

  • All orders must meet a minimum value of 15 JDs.
  • Orders below this amount will be canceled or adjusted according to store policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team at contact@giftaboxjo.com on the same day of receiving your order. We will review your case and determine if a replacement is applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier.
  • During busy seasons, such as Christmas, delivery delays may occur.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.
  • Please check your order upon arrival. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.
